My History

I graduated from the University of Nevada Reno in 2019 with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Renewable Energy. I was always fascinated with the outdoors and how we could play a bigger part in striking a symbiotic relationship with nature. However, my professional career took me in other directions.

I spent a majority of my professional career working (pre and post graduation) working for a lithium battery company. My main focus was how I could help our customers get outside and enjoy all the outdoors had to offer longer. I worked with many amazing and diverse individuals that opened my eyes to what could be accomplished while still being working professional.

I now work a remote position as a project coordinator for an engineering and design firm where I help solve problems and keep our teams on track. I love the creative freedom I am given in my position and with the remote work. I am also pursuing an MBA from the University of Nevada Reno which has helped me develop my skill set and has shown me new ways to look at the world. Now, I’ve begun to rediscover my passion for the outdoors and want to help others do the same without feeling like they have to give up their family or professional lives to do so.
